I see towels will be announced (so called Wick-er towel warming) in swimming and traveling many newsgroups available, and I want to know how the money into the fiber actually kills bacteria and fungi.

The money seems insoluble compounds with proteins, altering cellular function.
The money will eventually wash away everything, but if the article was designed to be appropriate for the leaching properties of antibiotics (for example, not all the clothes after washing).
Silver is relatively low toxicity to mammals but is toxic to aquatic organisms. Of course, a part is not worse.
