The Warriors Action Figures Is This A Rare Action Figure?

Is this a rare action figure? - the warriors action figures

I have a 6-inch figure Xena: Warrior Princess, with blond hair, light brown /. It has a Hercules card, and will remain closed. I've never seen this with something other than hair, dark brown or black. They said it was a very limited production of Toy Biz in 1995 when, before Xena has her own show. I have never seen in shops or on ebay.
I would appreciate any information.
