I eat a diet mostly consisting of carbs, and i don't like vegetables..? - ovaltine light, diet
I want to lose weight, but everything we eat is the Portuguese rolls, peanut butter, jam, butter, English muffins, cereal, Kashi, Honey Nut Cornflakes, packs 100 calories (sometimes) VitaMuffins, Crystal Light, sweet food, and sometimes' ll Ovaltine or have poptart. I also try to limit all days (all what might be Portuguese 2 rolls with butter and jam, a vitamuffin some Kashi cereal with no milk, and) a small taste of peanut butter. I know it does not cover all basic needs inorder to have a healthy diet, but you do not know what to do! I hate vegetables and fruits are not really my thing, sometimes bad to eat peaches, but unlikely. Swim almost every day. Help!
